I'm currently a Research Fellow at the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

One of the projects that I am currently working on is about the Index Coding with Side Information problem. Index Coding with Side Information (ICSI) (Birk and Kol (1998) [PDF]) is a communication scheme dealing with broadcast channels in which receivers have prior side information about the messages to be broadcast. Apart from being a special case of the well-known Network Coding problem, the ICSI problem has also found various potential applications on its own, such as audio- and video-on-demand, daily newspaper delivery, data pushing, and oppoturnistic wireless networks.
